Conditions of sale: 1 / The package includes all the collective interventions requested by the clients within the framework of the management of their commercial lease on the service residence provided for in the contract. Interventions on an individual basis are excluded. 2 / Subscription by a minimum of 50% of the lessors of the residence, representing at least 50 people. Otherwise, the amount of the package will be studied together. 3 / Subscription for a minimum of three months, then free termination free of charge. 4 / Fee of result of 10% ht (12% TTC) on the sums obtained from a third party following the intervention of the Cabinet.
